The requirement for processing an order for spare parts is that a written order with the following information is available:
The customer’s order number
Vanstron article number and name of the spare part
Order quantity
Specifying the priority
Warranty
Deliveries of spare parts for Vanstron machines that are still under warranty will be made free of charge, taking into account the appropriate priority: “free delivery”
Direct courier (same day delivery)
All transport costs are paid by the customer. ( Out of warranties).
If required, delivery can also be made in combination with flight
The order must be received by 4:30 pm.

Spare parts can be ordered directly through our website, authorized distributors, or by contacting our customer service team. Ensure you have the part number and machine details ready when placing an order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch spare parts within 48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Warranty
All spare parts come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to wear and tear or misuse.
Pricing
Spare parts are priced competitively to provide value while maintaining the high quality and performance of Vanstron equipment.
Returns
Unused spare parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Custom-made parts are non-returnable.
