Application
This system is also designed with the capability of handling the bare boards & PCBA into the production line, a independent bare boards destacker is equipped together with the single magazine loader, working in-line.
1.Used in SMT line front, sends PCB from magazine to downstream machine.
2.The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of the magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machines. Full magazines are inserted at an ergonomic low level.
3.Located at the first stage of SMT line, this unit transfers PCBs stacked in a magazine rack to the downstream machine using a pneumatic pusher one by one.
