Vanstron’s Inline Laser Marking Machine is engineered for high-speed, non-contact marking on PCBs and SMT components within fully automated production lines. Designed with a compact footprint and IPC-Hermes 9852 compatibility, it seamlessly integrates into modern smart factories, offering traceability, quality assurance, and flexible customization options.
High-Speed Marking: Equipped with a high-performance galvo laser system (CO₂/UV/Fiber optional), capable of marking text, 2D Data Matrix codes, barcodes, and logos within seconds.
Large Marking Area: Supports up to 355mm x 330mm marking zone with auto-adjusting Z-axis to accommodate board warpage or varying thickness.
Smart Integration: Full compatibility with IPC-Hermes 9852 and optional RS-485 communication for width auto-adjustment and central master control.
Vision Alignment (Optional): Built-in CCD camera system ensures accurate mark positioning and real-time code verification.
