Application:
This system is designed to load the PCBs into the SMT line, with the capability to handle the dual lane transportation functions, it can be selected by the customer for the different working mode.
The machine is with a special pusher design, and allowed a very impact dimensions and helped the customer to save the line length.
1.Used in SMT line front, sends PCB from magazine to downstream machine.
2.The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of the magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machines. Full magazines are inserted at an ergonomic low level.
3.Located at the first stage of SMT line, this unit transfers PCBs stacked in a magazine rack to the downstream machine using a pneumatic pusher one by one.
